By using the services provided by Jallah Journeys, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Travel Planning Fee

A $35 travel planning fee is required to begin the booking process.

This fee covers the time and expertise required to research and book all aspects of your trip, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and activities.

The $35 fee is non-refundable, unless Jallah Journeys is unable to provide booking options that meet the preferences submitted in your booking inquiry.

Payment is accepted via Cash App or PayPal. Instructions for submitting payment will be provided after your booking inquiry is received.

2. Booking Process

Once your travel preferences are submitted and the planning fee is received, Jallah Journeys will begin researching and preparing your customized travel package.

You will receive a personalized itinerary and booking options based on your stated interests, budget, and travel goals.

Upon your approval, all bookings will be made on your behalf.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes requested after bookings are confirmed may be subject to additional fees from travel vendors.

Jallah Journeys will assist with rebooking or cancellations when possible, but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party providers.

4. Responsibility

Jallah Journeys acts as a travel agent on your behalf and is not liable for actions or service failures of airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour operators, or other third-party providers.

We will make every effort to resolve issues that arise during your trip, including delays or changes, and serve as your point of contact for support.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information, including legal names, dates of birth, and passport details when required.

It is also the client’s responsibility to verify travel requirements such as visas, vaccinations, and government-issued IDs.

6. Gifts & Special Touches

Each trip planned through Jallah Journeys includes a personalized gift as a thank you for allowing us to be part of your travel journey.

7. Communication

All communication regarding your trip will be conducted via the contact details you provide. Prompt responses help ensure a smooth planning process.
